Well for some weird reason my char being in dis 1 english european lost not only everything from THIS event, but everything from the one 3 hours bfore as well
Needless to say, I am not happy - I had about 100 presents collected during the earlier one

45minutes rollback to me. lost 7 unlucky points and i have 31 cc shards as i had before grenth arrived.

Don't think it was a rollback. Seems as if one of their servers crashed, before the changes on it could be propagated to other servers. i.e. if you stayed connected and then died on it, you lost all you had for all the time you were on. I should have logged out after the last event

P.S. about 3-4 hours or so lost for me, so don't think you are the worst case

Only a few mins rolled back for me, i sold a couple items, before the event started and they are still gone.

it was definitly a rollback. my unlucky title said 442155 and now after err7 is back @442148. i got those 7 points on grenth rings

Not 359, but yep. Lost a solid hour or so of drunkard points racked up while waiting for the event to start. (Plus hat and pressies etc.)

European server LA district 5 if that matters.

Ahh, my question on rollback was answered as I posted it - Oh that SUCKS! so those who've stayed on for several hours instead of just jumping on for goodies actually get hit harder?!!? - nice one :/

Its a shame when a sytsem crashes,but this does piss one off. You wait around for ages to get the hat in LA, and then nothing,what a waste of time.I really would like to know how and why I jumped from dist 30 to dist 5. And then it happens again in kamadan,wait wait wait and nothing again.

Seems to be a lot of complaints in game at the minute of people losing the last events goodies too (8am GMT) - don't know how true it is - anyone here experienced it?

Everybody in Kamadan lost his/her presents and hat last hour......

After everybody got about 120k ping and an error 7, Kamadan was full of people complaining.....

funny this, so many posts over the last 2 1/2 years of gw about lag outs at stuff like this, but for some reason, it never happens to me even when im in the place and time that you state.

I only lost all the progress from Kamadan, I still had my Dwayna hat and presents from LA, maybe because I changed location and district I only lost about 5 minutes, or maybe my computer crashing just as ping reached 50,000 saved me.

Well, one good thing from all this, I have the title for longest ping time, woohoo.

Shame it doesn't offset the disappointment from losing all those gifts and the fact that even with a redux, it will still leave those who got kicked out at a disadvantage. Those that didn't get kicked will be able to partake again.
